Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before registering for the Chester County Homeschool Prom 2025.

For students to receive their prom tickets, students and parents are required to agree to the conditions below. By signing the registration form, the student, guests, and parents are acknowledging agreement to these terms. No student or guest will be admitted without this agreement.

Reimbursement Policy

If you cannot attend because of serious illness or an unforeseeable event, please contact us as soon as possible. We apologize but there will be no reimbursement for tickets after May 5th, 2025 due to contractual obligations to the event venue and other vendors.

Code of Conduct

  1. Outside food and drinks will not be permitted into the prom. Please leave all drinking containers at home; we will be checking bags and jackets at the door.
  2. Smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, alcohol, weapons, etc. are not permitted at prom. Please do not bring any related items as you will not be permitted entry.
  3. Once admitted to the prom, you are required to stay within the boundaries of the banquet hall, patio & restrooms. Students found outside these boundaries will be asked to leave immediately.
  4. We kindly request that you remind your students to conduct themselves in a respectful manner, as this is a formal event. We want to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable evening. Should the need arise, chaperones are at liberty to contact parents. If you have questions please do not hesitate to reach out to info@cchsprom.com.

Arrival and Departure

All guests must have a paid ticket in their name to attend the Chester County Homeschool Prom. Tickets will be emailed to the email address provided during registration. No tickets will be available at the door.

Please plan on arriving at the prom NO LATER than 7:15 pm. Doors will open at 6:45 pm and will remain open until 7:15 pm. After 7:15 pm no one will be admitted. No one is permitted to leave the prom before 11:00 pm. If there are questions about arrival and departure procedures, please email the coordinators at info@cchsprom.com.

Transportation Agreement

If your student is being picked up after prom, please make arrangements to have your student picked up no later than 11:15 PM. All Chaperones are volunteers and are giving up their evening in order to ensure safety and fun for your student. Once the evening is over, we all hope to leave, but can't/won't until all students are picked up. Please be sure that your student has a ride home before dropping him or her off. Please be sure that your student has access to you that evening in case of an emergency.

Illness Guidelines

Please be courteous of other guests and stay home if you have had a fever or have been vomiting within the last 24 hours.

Photographs and Video

Please be advised that photographs and video will be taken at this event. By completing registration, you agree that the Prom Committee may use any photographs and/or video for advertising and promotion of the prom.

Hold Harmless Agreement

For and in consideration of the Chester County Homeschool Prom Committee (hereafter, the Committee) permitting my/my child's attendance at the Chester County Homeschool Prom 2025, I hereby agree to hold the Committee and all of its members harmless from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, damages, costs, loss of services, attorney fees, expenses and compensation on account of, or in any way arising out of my/my child's participation in any/or all event(s) during the Chester County Homeschool Prom 2025, held on May 15, 2025, at the Coatesville Country Club, 143 Reservoir Road, Coatesville, PA 19320. I further agree to indemnify the Committee and all of its members against any loss as a result of claims of persons or entities arising from the conducting of said event. After the opportunity to fully inform myself about Chester County Homeschool Prom 2025, I knowingly and freely assume full responsibility and all risks for my/my child's participation at the event.
